For hands: Apply 1 pumps onto the hands, massage and wash away with warm or cold water.

For body: Apply 2/3 pumps onto the hands, and massage across the body. Aim for areas requiring more exfoliation.

Smoked Bay Hand &u Body Scrub has a small amount of Thyme in and we therefore recomend that women in early pregnancy should avoid.

Our production studio consists of raw ingredients in transit from the garden, and other essential oils that are not used in our products, but are prepared in our studio at different times of the year. HOW TO USE BODY RITUALS

Our Body Rituals are suitable for use on the whole body, inlcuding face.

Apply 3/5 drops for face.

Apply 5/10 drops for coverage across the body.

Morning and evening, massage into freshly cleansed skin from neck to toe, concentrating on dry areas around the elbows, knees, and feet.

HOW TO USE FACIAL OILS

Apply 3 to 5 drops in the morning and evening, massage into freshly cleansed warm skin.

After application, press cool water into your skin to lock in moisture.

Finish with your Menteath face roller to reduce inflammation and cool the face.

HOW TO USE FACIAL CLEANSERS

Pump 2-3 drops of oil into your hand.

Spread between your palms and press onto your cheeks, nose, jawline, and closed eyes.

Finish by pressing warm water onto the face and pat dry with a towel.
