Our Body Rituals are suitable for use on the whole body, inlcuding face.

Apply on Damp Skin: After showering, apply the body ritual to slightly damp skin for better absorption.

Dispense a Few Drops: Pour a small amount of oil into your hands.

Massage In: Gently massage the oil into your skin using circular motions.

Let it Absorb: Allow a few minutes for the oil to fully absorb before getting dressed.

Morning and evening, massage into freshly cleansed skin from neck to toe, concentrating on dry areas around the elbows, knees, and feet.

How to use Facial Oils?

Cleanse: Start with using your Menteath Facial Cleanser of choice.

Apply Oil: Use 2-3 drops, warm it in your palms.

Press into Skin: Gently press onto face and neck.

Massage: Use upward, circular motions.

Moisturize (Optional): Apply moisturizer if desired.

Finish with your Menteath face roller to reduce inflammation and cool the face.

How to use Facial Cleansers?
