I specialise in a sensory approach to massage and meditation for:

• Supporting those experiencing cancer and treatment 

I believe the effects of my massage during and after can have a big impact on the mind and body, and how we think and feel when we are faced with health concerns. I offer a unique, bespoke, and very special treatment to those who are experiencing any of life's challenges.

All my massage treatments use my own Menteath smoke-infused oils and wax blends uniquely created for you. This is a space solely dedicated to supporting your mind, body, and soul.

Once you have booked your treatment, you will receive a welcome e-mail with directions to The Grain Store, and your online consultation form. For those who have mobility issues, I also offer home visits across Sussex. Please note that I do not have a reclining massage table, however, I am trained in manual handling and would be able to organise additional support if required. 

For those undergoing treatment or experiencing health concerns, I would ask for a letter from the GP to ensure we have a joined-up approach to your health and well-being.
