Apply on Damp Skin: After showering, apply the body ritual to slightly damp skin for better absorption.

Dispense a Few Drops: Pour a small amount of oil into your hands.

Massage In: Gently massage the oil into your skin using circular motions.

Let it Absorb: Allow a few minutes for the oil to fully absorb before getting dressed.

Morning and evening, massage into freshly cleansed skin from neck to toe, concentrating on dry areas around the elbows, knees, and feet.

Cleanse: Start with using your Menteath Facial Cleanser of choice.

Apply Oil: Use 2-3 drops, warm it in your palms.

Press into Skin: Gently press onto face and neck.

Massage: Use upward, circular motions.

Moisturize (Optional): Apply moisturizer if desired.

Finish with your Menteath face roller to reduce inflammation and cool the face.

Apply to Dry Skin: Massage the oil onto your dry face for 1-2 minutes.

Wipe with a Damp Cloth: Use a warm, damp washcloth or cotton pad to gently wipe away the oil and makeup.

Rinse: Rinse your face with lukewarm water to remove any remaining oil.

Double Cleanse (Optional): Use a gentle water-based cleanser if needed.

Pat Dry: Finish by patting your face dry and continue with your skincare routine.
